The training courses offered comply with the quality requirements of professional training organisations. Each course is subject to a training agreement or contract, a detailed programme, educational monitoring and an end-of-training certificate.

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Nice shall have sole jurisdiction.
