Teaching Team
Helene Bourguignon -- Expert trainer in eyelash extensions and eye beauty for over 10 years. Founder of the Academy, she designs and delivers all technical courses (Classic Lashes, Russian Volume, Lash Lift, Brow Lift) and provides personalised coaching to each learner.
Peer mentoring among learners
Students nearing the end of their course support new learners in their first steps. This peer mentoring system strengthens learning, builds community ties and gives beginners concrete experience feedback.
Pedagogical AI tools
The platform integrates AI tools to complement Helene's coaching: available 24/7, photographic analysis of your work, and answers to your technical questions in your language. These tools are trained on Helene's educational content.
Career paths: the independent trainer network
Top-performing students can apply to join the Hélène B independent trainer network. They are then paid to deliver in-person training in their region and support their students on the platform with our tools. Admission is by regional waiting list to ensure sufficient demand for each trainer in place.
