Helene B Academy is a professional training organisation specialising in eye beauty: eyelash extensions, Russian volume, lash lift and brow lift. Our courses are 100% online and accessible at your own pace, from anywhere in the world.
Your personal dashboard is accessible on the online Academy (heleneb-academie.web.app). It is your learning platform for accessing videos, quizzes, exercises and coaching with our AI tutors.
Each course is designed for approximately 34 hours of work. You progress at your own pace. We recommend a minimum of 3 hours per week for optimal progress.
Article 1 -- Purpose
These internal regulations apply to every person enrolled in a training course provided by Helene B Academy. Enrolment constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
Article 2 -- Attendance and progress
The learner undertakes to follow the modules in the prescribed order and to complete the assessments. Progress tracking is managed by the platform. In case of difficulty, the learner is invited to contact the teaching team.
Article 3 -- Conduct and respect
Every learner undertakes to behave respectfully in community spaces (forums, messaging). Abusive, discriminatory or harassing behaviour is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate exclusion.
Article 4 -- Intellectual property
All educational content (videos, sheets, quizzes) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
Article 5 -- Confidentiality
Learners' personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. It will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Article 6 -- Sanctions
In the event of a breach of these regulations, the organisation reserves the right to take appropriate measures: warning, temporary suspension or permanent exclusion, without refund.
